Return Policy for JustMe!Music:
All sales from JustMe!Music are final. Because of the personalized nature of our products, no refunds will be issued. However, if the product you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may obtain a replacement. To obtain a replacement for a damaged or defective CD, send an email to info@rubbidubbi.com and describe the nature of the problem. Please include your full name and the complete order number from your order, and the title of the product that is damaged or defective. We would request that you send the defective CD to us in order for us to exchange it. Please note that all requests for replacement of damaged or defective merchandise must be placed within 30 days of the original order. After 30 days, you will no longer be able to request a replacement. Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly as soon as you receive it to ensure that your CD(s) work perfectly.
Return Policy for the Tonga Baby Carrier:
Since the Tonga Baby Carrier is directly imported from France, we unfortunately have to adhere to our Tonga manufacturer's return policy. The Carrier must be in new, unused, undamaged, unwashed condition, and must be returned in its original packaging or it will be subject to a restocking fee. You will have 14 days to exchange it or receive a refund (less shipping and handling charges).

At Rubbi Dubbi, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to exchange it or receive a refund (less shipping and handling charges). All apparel and baby carriers must be in new, unused, undamaged, unwashed condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
